“The market response has been extraordinary,” an Asus spokesperson shared, “especially for the higher-end models, which have exceeded our wildest dreams.”
And this is the part most people miss: Asus is working tirelessly to address the supply issues. They’re collaborating closely with key suppliers to boost production and ensure the ROG Ally remains a flagship product in their gaming portfolio.
At the time of writing, the top-tier model, equipped with an AMD Ryzen Z2 Extreme, 24GB RAM, and 1TB storage, is sold out across the US. Despite its hefty $999.99 price tag, it’s been a challenge for buyers to get their hands on one since its launch.
While Asus hasn’t disclosed the exact sales figures, it’s clear they’ve acknowledged their initial stock miscalculations and are taking steps to improve for the future.
